Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping Policy
We ship orders Monday through Thursday, with deliveries arriving the following day (Tuesday through Friday). Place your order before 1 PM PT Monday-Thursday for same-day shipping and next-day delivery via UPS or FedEx.
Orders received after 1 PM PT Thursday or anytime Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday, the next available shipping day. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us within 24 hours at info@goldenreservecaviar.com.
Changes to Shipping Information
Modifying your delivery address once your order is in transit will result in a one-business-day delay while our shipping partners process the change. By requesting an address change, you acknowledge that this delay may affect product quality, and the order will no longer be eligible for our standard replacement or refund policy.
Future Delivery Option
To ensure your caviar arrives in perfect condition for your special occasion, we strongly advise scheduling delivery 2-4 days before your event. While we make every effort to meet your requested delivery date, please do not schedule delivery for the same day as your event.
Return Policy
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:
- Products not collected upon delivery
- Items left unrefrigerated after delivery
- Damage due to improper handling or storage
While all caviar sales are generally final, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive caviar that doesn’t meet our quality standards, please send photo documentation within 24 hours of delivery. With valid proof, we’ll provide a replacement of equal quantity.
